TERMS & CONDITIONS

Both the buyer and the seller accept the following conditions:

PRICES

Prices may be altered without prior notice.

PAYMENT

Payment can be done directly through PayPal or by phoning with your by credit/ debit card details. All payments are due in full prior to dispatch of goods.

CHANGES

Changes in glass shapes especially in wine goblets and flutes may alter from those shown in the pictures.

DELIVERY & DELIVERY CHARGES

Purchased items will be dispatched within 5 working days of receiving your order. If there is a problem with the availability of stock you will be emailed to advise you of the delay. All items are sent via Royal Mail 1st class or standard parcel post depending on the size of the order.

OVERSEAS CUSTOMERS - Please phone or email glassbymaxine@maxinetarsey.plus.com to determine postage costs as these will vary from the quoted costs.
Please note that all shipments outside of the European Union may be subject to import duties and taxes.

SHORTAGES & DAMAGES

The glass is insured for damage through the post but must be inspected on delivery and all claims for shortages or damages must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with no exception. Items that have been broken during posting must be kept for a period until the claim is cleared.
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason or wish to cancel your order please contact us as soon as possible by email at glassbymaxine@maxinetarsey.plus.com

We will arrange a full refund of the purchase price within a maximum of 30 days, subject to the following:-

You must notify us of your wish to cancel within 7 working days of receipt of delivery of the items purchased.

You are responsible to take reasonable care in returning the items unused and in good condition in their original or suitable packaging, to ensure that returned items can be sold again as new.

You are responsible for the return postage costs.

Customised or special orders may not be returned or exchanged.
